When someone has trouble applying knowledge, it's usually because they really never had knowledge. They had information, and that's not the same thing. You can get information just through listening or reading, but knowledge requires thinking... thinking about the RIGHT things.

Smiling Yes, that is indeed a big problem. Learning to get knowledge. But it was and is a problem in all the times (in the medieval, today, ...) all the countries, all the languages and all cultures.

The most dangerous thing is that people think they have the knowledge, that they do not get the idea of a knowledge leack. therefore a lot of smart alecks exists.
