- solutions for the whole enterprise
- simulations with realistic work situations, realistic tools and realistic consequences
- internationalisation
f.e. Germany has high quality standards in Italy, Spain and the middle east, people want to have face to face trainings. In Japan people like mlearning classes. In China - they only want to learn - it doesn't matter in which way
- funding: in the past enterprises had training budgets now it is more initiave based training
- innovation (mobile m-learning, podcasts, wikis, weblogs, rss newsfeeds)
- flash technologie is more and more used for content.

Next Speaker is Dr. Richard Straub, Director of Learning Solutions IBM Europe, Middle-East and Africa, France.
